Welcome to WISEArchive.

WISEArchive is a web based archive which records, & preserves the working life stories of UK citizens. in order to recognise, & value the contribution they have made to society.

You can keyword search the electronic archives to find stories of the working lives of older people, in a growing catalogue of  occupations.

If you are over 50,  the story you have to tell about your working life is an important part of our recent history and of interest to many. Perhaps you have just read a contribution which is in the catalogue and would like to add your own experience.

We welcome all contributions.

We have contributions from retired staff from Jarrolds Store in Norwich, Fakenham in Norfolk  and a range of experiences from other older people.
